The decision on whether treatment with braces is necessary on only one or both dental arches is always individual and depends on the case. Although it is technically possible to fit braces only on the upper teeth, we do not recommend this in most cases. Orthodontic treatment should take into account the overall condition of the teeth and bite. In some cases, treating only the upper teeth can lead to an unbalanced bite and other problems that could manifest later.
During the consultation, we will examine your teeth in detail and together we will present all treatment options. We will explain the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment procedure and recommend the most suitable solution for your specific case. Our goal is to achieve not only an aesthetically pleasing smile, but also optimal functional status of your teeth and overall oral health.
